With an adventurous spirit who's always searching for new combinations of fresh products to experiment with, Bodhi is constantly developing his styles of Pacific Rim Fusion cuisine.

His time spent living in Hawaii and northern California developed his culinary traditions that were passed down from his family. He comes from a line of chefs and exposures to the kitchen-based laboratory.
